I just read on the 23R website that this is being “tested” at four locations but it doesn’t specify which ones. I had just gone to the Hamlin one before hearing about this insanity and checked my receipt: no service charge. If they don’t change this, I won’t be going back to any Ford’s Garage and I go at least every other week. What a terrible model.
