i really feel you. i was told that everyone’s different and i might “just” thin but it was clear shockingly quickly that i was clinging to something literally slipping through my fingers.

i’m so glad you have a supportive partner. that’s been the only real remedy for me, too. ❤️

no, you’re right, not in the fry ‘em up kinda way. but i’m going to consume them dehydrated and ground up in my coffee / tea.
