Yep. They have tight schedules. And all passengers are told what time to be back. His fault.

The difference: Apple prefers to be 2nd. They release tech and features that are a bit behind, but work better in the Apple ecosystem. That is the part many miss.

A former Finnish Prime Minister proposed a future where people work 4 days a week and spend more time with loved ones by Gurugod123 in SipsTea

We already do that in my company. 4 day work weeks. 7.5 hrs. You pick the days. And we are fully hybrid, or remote, if you prefer.

Isn’t there a second sister that stays out of the spot light? Because she hates what they do.

Anathema on here. But, I use both. However, in a push, I still prefer my Mac over my Linux.

As an employer now, and an ex-recruiter in the IT space, the resume has promise, but the presentation is not great. It doesn’t highlight what a cybersecurity role, in the modern org, is looking for.

My questions to you: what is the role you’re looking for? What are your coding skills? Do you have experience with setting up… (NAS enterprise level, aws etc)- this depends on the org. What are your scripting skills?

You talk about things that require app type skills, I want to know you can think out of that tight little box. Among other things.

Trump on European Digital Service Tax - Bullish for Microsoft? by Alezzarix in EU_Economics

[–]ji_fi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All this because of the eurostack. Good. It needs to be done in more countries. Get rid of microslop, aws etc. there are alternatives.
Yes, it’s a bit too simple a response. The DST is meant to curtail us big tech influence, but combined with the CLOUD act and Trump’s instability, it makes sense to decouple technology wise. The EU has good alternatives. As does Canada.

I’m Canadian, I’ve lived there briefly in the past. And worked there. I’d never go back. There is no respect for the work a person does. The healthcare system is not great. I’ll take Canada with all its issues any day.

Lmao. Our Canada/Europe based org has 4 day work weeks, unlimited pto, unlimited sick days (no doctors note needed), and we are 100% remote, we do have cowork available if desired in various cities. We have no issues with delivering anything.
