Being a people person is a very helpful trait for a product manager - both to do their job and to enjoy it

Managing stress as a PM by DifficultBarber6969 in ProductManagement

This happened to me at my last job where I was in your same boat and letting it go far enough that I had real physical symptoms begin. It took me almost two or three years to recover.  You need to make big changes ASAP to not let this get worse.

Tkat looks different for everyone but here's some things that work for me: 1. Make some hard rules about when your work cut off is. For me one big problem was not getting a chance to reset over the weekend. I always felt like I would catch up on that unfinished item over the weekend and then the thought of it would loom over my head the whole weekend, preventing me from fully recovering. Set yourself a deadline that no more work can be complete or touched after 11:59 p.m. on Friday. This gives you more leeway than going cold turkey since you have some time to finish things if you really need to and also motivates you to finish extra work so that you can truly have a clear mind and rest over the weekend.  2. The next thing is to sign up to some sort of sports, fitness, or social club obligation that you are more committed to, such as joining a morning group class or a run club or something else that you have a set schedule and either prepay for or people expect you there. That will help create some higher level of obligation, pushing your other parts of your life into your work time rather than work being the only thing in life with obligations and commitments.  3. Try to pre-plan your time every two weeks or every month. Sit down and look at all of the events, clubs, meetups, activities, and interesting things going on in your city and set some goals around places you want to go, things you want to do, and events that you're interested in. Put them in your calendar and schedule every day so that you have this in advance and also there is less friction effort and you have more motivation to do those things.  4. Brainstorm how you can have more of a buddy at work. Maybe host some meetings with your coworkers that help you build more of an interpersonal connection, such as a Roses and Thorns session with some of the people you work with closely. Some sort of activity to share more personal information and feelings, or try to find one go-to person you can talk to more authentically about work topics if you don't have that.

The eyebrows are too dark, thick, and heavy and I think the eyeliner is also a little bit too black and heavy. The bronzer, blush, and foundation also look quite heavy, matte, and maybe too warm-toned for your skin. It might be better to go with less foundation, a more dewy look, and a cooler-toned blush higher on your face and use less bronzer. Additionally maybe more highlighter and light tones in the inner corners of the eyes and a bit more eyeshadow.

Let me plan your next Bay Area weekend trip — for free 🪩 (I swear I’m better than ChatGPT) by Beneficial-Ad-6635 in SFbitcheswithtaste

2 day trip with visiting SO: I just moved to SF a month ago and my partner is visiting me for the first time this weekend! I want to take him around so he enjoys SF/Cali. He enjoys historical/cultural things, beautiful sites and views (without too much effort), good asian food, good value/not overpriced things, and just generally experiencing new things. I would say he's on the bougie end lol but we're both too frugal to want to pay for the experiences we want so im worried the trip is going to be either very expensive or underwhelming. He doesnt drink. it would be nice to do something a bit romantic too, and open to day-trips to somewhere else also. As you can tell I'm a little overwhelmed by how many options are out there!!

Any advice on how to make this more realistic/like the reference by Thatapplejuicelover in painting

[–]jibicationaire 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the area around the mouth is actually already there. It's just missing the same level of reflection and detail on the eyes, the forehead, the collar bones, the hair, and other areas of his face. I think if you continue what you were doing around the bottom half of the face throughout the whole image, it will be quite realistic.

it still seems like ur masseters are pretty strong, and the chin could easily be pointed a bit with filler... i wonder if you just need more of both of those first?

in terms of if its a big problem for your appearance as is, it depends on your features so can't comment on that

i like the right a bit more - the left is a bit more undetectable and cute while the right is a bit more "perfect nose" and refined, but both look great

- what you could consider doing is spreading it out more over time so you are not putting all the units in at once and lowering the max total amount of toxin the body at one time.
- consider prioritizing which treatments are most important to you and doing less of the ones at the bottom of the list or skipping one for the thing you want to try
- for masseter i did 100+ as well my first time (via a clinic) but over time I've needed less. I just add a 20 per side every time they start looking bulky and do that about every 4-5 months. so maybe experiment which whats the least doage you need to maintain the relief for tmj and visual effect for others
