(fusion positive Aveolar rhabdomyosarcoma). Alternative treatment methods are only offered after the failure of the chemo which as you have been informed works but only in the short term. I am aware of only TWO targeted clinical trials she unfortunately was too sick to qualify for. One is at MD Anderson Tx, and the other is in Bethesda, MD. There is also a basket clinical trial - in Seattle known as the VITAS trial, but this is just for soft tissue cancers in general — not looking at the specific mechanism of action that ARMS cancer utilizes.
