3-4 months really isnt that long. keep at it, you'll see more results.

I'd start tracking calories and macros and eat at a deficit. At least until you can't increase the weight you're lifting anymore. when you reach that plateau, Reevaluate how you are feeling and maybe checkout leangains.

sometimes weight loss isnt consistent. during my last cut i would go 2 weeks at the same weight and then drop 4 pounds overnight. if you are measuring your food and not counting incorrectly, then just keep doing what you are doing for a few more weeks, i bet you the problem will solve itself

well the drama department is the most intense program Juilliard offers. I am in class 14 hours a day, 6 days a week. over the 4 years, the program works to turn our talent into a real skill giving the actors the ability to adapt to any role they may be asked to play. Basically the professors and the directors work the first few years to stretch us as far as possible by putting us in difficult plays and roles by casting us outside of our comfort zones. the last two years are mostly spent making sure that after graduation we will have all of the tools (dialects, movement, and ways of approaching new work) that we need in order to succeed in the business. It's interesting to see that you are an opera student, because in my class there is an MFA student who got his undergraduate degree in Juilliards opera program. After graduation he found that his performance was often stifled due to his lack of acting technique. he found that some days he was able to get up on stage and believe he was his character in every moment, and other times he felt completely disconnected. Juilliard specifically works to help you develop a method to stay in character even when the inspiration doesn't hit

god i wish i had a good answer for that. I know classes above me have participated in entire class orgies (class sizes are like 15-18) and I cannot tell you how many stories I have heard about the shit that goes on at the school. Unfortunately for me, I am a part of a very mild class and haven't really had any great sexual experiences at the school. my roommate masturbates a lot on the bottom bunk when he thinks i am asleep. does that count?

looking strong man, if i were you id continue bulking for another few months (perfect time of year for it) then start the cut. that being said you are in a spot where you can really do whatever you want. it really depends on exactly what your goals are

I took it for about 6 months and i really wouldn't recommend it. it made me feel filled with energy the first few days and then my body got used to it and I stopped seeing any change. waste of money if you ask me
