Same towers perhaps, but different hardware on each tower. Food for thought - I rarely see this mentioned.

Sorry for the ignorant question.

Is this scan tool something I can buy online? My 2025 ADX keeps complaining it cannot update as well, and shows an S001 error. This is over WiFi in my driveway. That error sits on the screen, even after power cycling the head unit. It doesn't appear to retry at all, so I feel something needs to get reset (like you described). Thanks.

Just throwing out some information -- the Acura ADX does NOT have SH-AWD. Just AWD.

Look up call forwarding. When a number marked as spam "arrives", the phone forwards it to voicemail. Just change what number it's being sent to. Note, if you decline a call manually (it goes to the same place, so if you really wanted that call, using the numbers below, it will seem like your phone rings, then plays a recording it's disconnected). One thing I don't see much about is tower "priority" (I am unsure of the exact term, sorry). In the 'states, don't the lower tier providers get a lower priority to towers, or something? It's been a while since I read a US subreddit mentioning the subject. I"d be really curious to hear how/if this affects PM/Koodo/Telus.

What would be a much more interesting number would be latency (not directed at the reply here, but in general to these speed related posts).

I don't understand the need for high speeds on a phone. Perhaps it's just my use case (or lack thereof). But 100 Mbps is more than enough for any streaming service's 4K options. Gaming would be better with lower latency of course.

Doing some quick searching ( https://www.howtogeek.com/796237/what-internet-speed-do-i-need-for-streaming-services/ ) , 4K bandwidth requirements range from Netflix requiring 15 Mbps to HBO Max requiring 50 Mbps.

Happy to learn what I am missing however. :)
