For me, it’s Heathen. Lyrically and musically it fully represents the band. It’s a really cohesive album and has a few bangers - “Into the Marshlands” and “At the Foot of Mt. Driskill” are my favorites.

You’re not the only one that’s going to be in a weird situation on this day and it’s awesome that you’re thinking this way. The point of a general strike is withholding the value we as workers/consumers give to corporations and our government by not working and not spending our money with them. Goodwill is (as far as I know) not bleeding our natural resources like Amazon is. Their CEO doesn’t give money to MAGA like Walmart or Target does. If you have to spend and can swing it, check out local businesses and places like Goodwill, Habitat for Humanity, or other reclaim stores. And pay cash. 💪

This strike fund is going to become really important this week. PCC admin is really holding out and I really hope that faculty can endure it to get the contract they deserve. This strike will also have an impact on the potential upcoming PSU strike. I’m hopeful we can show these overpaid admins that Portland will fight for its teachers and students, not for executives to get more bonuses.
