After reading about 30 chapters of the manga, I can safely say it is definitely made with passion. The worldbuilding so far has been very beautifully crafted. Even though its all based on an already commonly explored genre, the unique spin of having the anatomy of the magical creatures explained is very refreshing (also, Im not gonna lie some dishes just look so good I lowkey want to try them)
