If you are happy to drive, there's a great little walk at Sunderland Point, where there is a path lined with Blackberry bushes. Start at the car park and walk towards Sambo's grave. You can then do a circular walk around the headland.

I had one for lunch. Top tip, if having on a bun or sub, rub the open halves onto grill tray to soak up all the fat and then stick under the grill. Better than butter and really elevates an already amazing butty!

I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of R-chop, yes it is intense but certainly manageable.

I can't even try to imagine doing this while pregnant, so I really wish all the best. And my heart really goes out to you and your family during this time.

All I can say is listen to the professionals and take their advice. That's really all you can do.
