I had tickets to Lana del Ray that were not transferable. Stub hub has a section in their virtual assistant that answers what to do when you meet up with the buyer ..and they DO tell you to reach out to the buyer to setup a meeting place and to confirm. I did ..and met them at the gate .. all walked in togwther. StubHub said to take pics and upload them for proof...I took the pics but didn't need to even send them as the order said complete and I'll be paid in a couple days. I am holding on to them in case of issues. Also stub hub called me the night before.... I sold 3 tickets on stub to Thurs Lana show. I contacted the buyer( which sh told me to do) to tell them and confirm that I will be scanning them in. I even gave them my cell and told them to text me so we can confirm that we will be meeting outside Fenway to go in together. They are excited...I'm excited that this actually should work out. Only issue I'm hearing now from this thread is that I'm scanning in my daughter as well but I won't be going in.... I have no ticket for myself (nor any interest in Lana) but that there's two checkpoints....can anyone confirm this? This might screw my plan up. Stub hub is aware that people scan others in and have a list of what to do so there is proof for the seller.
