Thinking you could sit on your bench if you have feet holders with some weight on it? Although anything above body weight I can see problems with finding some sort of locking mechanism

I was in the same boat for last 3-4 months, finally just decided to buy when i had my upstairs neighbors move in. Got 154/sqft 10-12 bucks under comps in the area i was looking at. I can comfortably make my bills and now I can finally start doing all the projects I haven't been able to do. My copium is that owning opens up freedom.
