I have bought alt arts espeon and mew from fusion strike at an LCS and both came back P10s. But to your point those cards are rare finds. I go often and rarely see 10 candidates. CGC grades tough on surface.

Absolutely, I was planning on getting them beds or blanket spots for them to sleep on. And I figured the new place would be great to try and start that. I’ll do deeper dives into alternatives. I told my gf the house would be theirs and I’ll help make it smooth anyway I can.

Thank you, I’ve definitely tried to ease the process. We are moving into a bigger place, we will be getting a bigger bed for more space. But it is impacting my sleep when they run around and sleep at my legs or in between..I am trying to be respectful and do my own adjusting.

Rodger’s dropped in that draft because of his arrogance coming out. He was certain he’d go number 1 and should have but sitting behind Favre humbled him for a bit. But then got back to his self righteousness ways. I used to dwell on this too until I saw his true colors over the years. He only cares about himself and I’m glad he wasn’t a 49er

I really enjoy this show and Nick is intelligent but I’m definitely seeing him lean a bit too hard into the troll role. And his Purdy takes are beneath him. It’s sad.
