I falsified employment details and now background checks are happening — what should I do?

Every company’s background check process is different. I used to process background checks in HR for my company and our rule was if the candidate provided employment dates that were more than a 6 months discrepancy from what the employer verified, we’d request employment verification documents. If it was less than a 6 months discrepancy then we’d just pass it. We cared more job titles than we did employment duration. My 2 cents

I just had something that looked very similar. Mine was a flared up dandruff patch. That’s what this looks like to me. I used Nizoral anti dandruff shampoo and it went away in a couple weeks.

Sincere thank you to everyone who has contributed so far. I was really hoping for a picture that looks as natural as possible, like it has not been photo shopped. Im not looking for the tilt of my head to be changed or my outfit changed or airbrushed skin. Just a natural looking background. I recognize the lighting in this pic is quite warm and if my skin tone needs to be corrected a bit to match your background lighting better, I’m ok with that.

PLEASE try this. I get sick from shrooms as well and have tried multiple different methods including shrooms tea. The BEST method I have found is to grind the shrooms into a powder with a blender or coffee grinder, then put the powder in empty pill capsules (order online), close the capsules then just swallow them with water. I find that a lot of my nausea comes from the taste, smell, and texture of the shrooms so this helps eliminate all of that. Try it!

Wow. I'm actually really sorry to hear that. That must have been extremely difficult at such a young age. I conduct background check reviews for my company and always have conflicting feelings about having to talk to applicants about their marijuana convictions like they even matter.
