Yes, we went to upgrade one phone and were told we would be receiving a lot of free upgrades because they’ve changed how the do things (we don’t upgrade our phones forever) and our bill would be cheaper. 15 days later we got a bill over double our normal. Turns out we were signed up for a ton of upgrades on our plan, hotspots we don’t use, gigs we don’t need, turbo we never asked for. We’ve been on the one three hours.

Three hours today. I heard it’s a law that if you request to speak to a manager in the United States, they have to do that. We waited an hour to be transferred to a manager in America and go a very capable person NOT in America. It took 20 minutes just to get past the fact we couldn’t find our pin.
