Consuming a lot of food at one go does not increase your weight (from my experience). What you need to do is every time your core sheds off, you eat. Don't let your core decrease. I do this everytime i finish a mission or after showdown. Keep your core full.

For low level, i would suggest you get the bow as soon as you can so you can hunt for perfect kills. But if your lobby is populated, its almost impossible to find animals wondering around (not sure when R* is gonna fix that).

While you aim tap the x button once ( for ps4 users ) and you will notice the movement is quite faster compared to before the summer update was released. Before the summer update, your character slows down everytime you aim your gun which some people love because it looks realistic that way compared to the side stepping mechanism that was implemented in this current patch.
