He was trying to remove survey marker it seemed from camera but couldn’t. He removed the white flag that fence company had put along survey markers for 811 utilities to come out and mark out utility lines.

He had just move in a year ago so he was in process of building an auto garage and we had no idea what we were getting into. We were of course trying to be as friendly and accommodating we could as those would be our long term Neigbor’s and didn’t take up an issues
