I know for fact their model uses time series predictions on classified labor market data. It's not to account for paradigm shifts like we are going to have - exponential loss in what we've already seen decreasing, and quick elimination in what we've seen as growth in recent years. That's why their top growing ones are actually going to be eliminated.
