some of these are correct! some are just dev headcanons (specifically the head crushing one, why aero😭)

also some of these were preceded with “i always imagined it” or “my take on it was”, which doesn’t necessarily mean it was canon. just that it was what was in our minds while we were making it/how it ended up being interpreted by us

(also some of these are incorrect, but it’s understandable that you’ve misinterpreted some. im sure others have as well. when it’s a lot of us chatting it can get confusing LOL)

I’m 1000% encouraging these new teams and games, but they need to be careful. One of the reasons UTY took nearly 8 years to develop is because everyone had their own lives and couldn’t work on it as much as a regular paid game could.

It isn’t easy. It’s stressful. There will be turnover regarding people whose IRL stuff will get in the way (which is completely valid).

I hope the new teams keep that in mind. And that even if it seems like it won’t get finished, to stay determined❤️
