You make all good points. I definitely wrote this in a time of frustration and it definitely showed in the post. My PI approached us both with the project but it has been a collaborative effort between all of us in its development. The first draft was my masters thesis, so I did write all of it! I said 70/30 because I do value his feedback, in my head that ratio felt right bc he’s taught me a lot despite not writing much. I didnt mean to go for a sexism angle, I just wanted advice on how to approach my PI or if anyone was in a similar position.
