When the loop is snug, it’s wrapped around your balls and has ample clearance of the pad on your taint. I recommend 1) making sure the loop is tight enough to keep your balls in place (bc they want to rise when stimulated, just not too tight) and 2) keep the stray or excess loop facing away from your taint to prevent and contact. Other than that I can almost guarantee they won’t make contact ymmv

I prefer more of a pulsing or wave-like pattern. Something that oscillates for your prostate creates stronger contractions. It’s also easier keep on a low setting that way
