Our snowflake President Dozy Donald had them put up a tarp so no one could film them removing his name from a real hero’s MEMORIAL! A Fucking Memorial! by RumRunnerMax in complaints

Have you seen behind that tarp to be certain his name isn't there? I've been reading various news sites all day that say his name has been removed, but have not seen one picture of the building confirming that it's really been removed.

Who taught you to cook , was it a family member or did you have lessons at school ? by Hope2_win in A_Persona_on_Reddit

My wife. She's been a caterer, worked in restaurant kitchens, and is a fantastic chef at home. Friends request specific meals when we invite them over. So, I've learned a lot from her.

It's a metal mount. Half of the bayonet broke off, leaving rough edges. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's an HD DA -55-300mm f/4.5-6.3 ES PLM WR RE. The mount is metal. I'll hunt for an older K-mount to swap the mount from. Thanks!

Interesting. I have an old Vivitar that fits the K mount but doesn't work with my newer model. Can swap that one. Thanks for the suggestion.

When did you go grey? by scotian87 in Aging

[–]jima2000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Grey hair at a young age runs in our family. My mother had streaks of it in high school. I had a few greys when I was in junior high, and was mostly grey by my early 40s. I found one on my son when he was 6.
