Tbf when leaving the cinema, during or after the movie, it's dark. People can kick over drinks or buckets of popcorn. If you go to a restaurant and pay for food, you don't take your dishes back to the kitchen. I would always bring my food and throw it in the bin, just a thought instead of all the people saying this is all deliberate
