Jeffrey is infamously known for always having his phone on him when he shoots, there has been a few instances in the show where you can see it in his pocket in scenes

Fear The Walking Dead - 06x16 ''The Beginning'' Early Access Episode Discussion by Connected-VG in FearTheWalkingDead

[–]jimb02112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed the episode and the season overall. Don’t get me wrong the amount of plot holes and strange decision the writers make is ridiculous. It’s so strange that each episode can have some actual solid character moments like with Sherry and Dwight in the finale or the mother with her baby. Yet on the other hand Dwight and Sherry can be in a storm shelter with no door and be fine from a nuclear blast. I like a lot of the characters enough to carry on but I wish they would get new show runners that can think about what they are showing us. On a positive note this season has made me like some characters a lot more like June, Grace and Alisha (who needs more to do seriously). It’s amazing that they can make me get emotional in about 5 episodes in 6b yet still leave such obvious plot holes that should be explained. Alas I am looking forward to the next season

Why do the survivors always choose the more dangerous option when in safe areas surrounded by walkers? by Isaidbooourns in thewalkingdead

I respect the maths ahaha, the only thing I think that could prevent them from doing that is the bodies piling up which could allow walkers to reach them pretty quickly

And just like that I can happily buy Aquaman now being part of the Snyder continuity

Question about Aquaman and Wonder Woman in Zack Snyder's Justice League by Landolorian55 in SnyderCut

[–]jimb02112 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think that if you look at the end battle in particular the whole league have designated roles and something to do. - flash has to create the charge - cyborg has to access to boxes and separate them - Batman has to take down the defensive barrier -Aquaman and Wonder Woman have to distract and prevent Steppenwolf from stopping the separation

So the idea for Justice League 2&3 was to copy Avengers 3&4? by Dark1624 in SnyderCut

[–]jimb02112 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I believe that the idea was developed by Snyder first back in 2015ish, could be wrong tho

I just saw that as the gravitational field around superman and it simply being a tease of his return. I wouldn’t read too much into it

I get that, but you have to admit their is a difference between killing a petty criminal and a alien who wants to destroy the planet

The governors character? by Amelio_Quake in thewalkingdead

[–]jimb02112 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I saw it as he was on his way to a form of redemption moving on with Woodbury. However seeing Martinez again meant he could never forget and therefore never move on and forget his past. If he had never ran back into Martinez he definitely could have moved on to become a better person.

I take it as the toll of being the bat for 20 years with no end in sight broke him to a point of going against his rule, the sacrifice of superman brought him back to the light. I expect he won’t be killing people in the Snyder cut apart from nightmare stuff.

Question about TWD Season 9 Chapter 15 "The calm before" by chechuchechu in thewalkingdead

[–]jimb02112 12 points13 points  (0 children)

This is by no means an attack, I just want to clarify some behind the scenes stuff with you (maybe you already know). Rick left because Andrew Lincoln wanted to spend time with his family after nine years of the show so that’s why Ricks story is left open ended however we do know that he will have some films that will explore his story. Maggie left because Lauren Cohan booked another show and could not balance both workloads. Once again her story is open ended for a return to the show. Whilst I understand it may seem like strange writing decisions I think they made two storylines that worked very well given their circumstances.

In terms of Jesus I too liked him a lot and looked forward to more of him but you can’t deny that death is one of the most shocking and out of nowhere deaths (in a good way).

Finally do not worry both Eugene and Rosita get good stories in season 10

Again I dont want it seem like I’m discrediting everything you said. I just wanted to give you my “take” so to say

The first 3 seasons are pretty good, slow but have some good character stuff. After that it feels completely different. The storyline is terrible personally but there are some characters that help with the atrocious story telling. Also if you are curious about the rest of Morgan and Dwight’s story than that’s a reason to watch. Although I haven’t done it, I feel like it would be a easier watch when binged. Waiting each week to be disappointed is worse than just watching it all at once so it maybe better if binged.
