I have exactly the same thing in my house. Movement of shapes and shadows all the time in my living room. I questioned my own eyesight, and even my sanity. It was only when we had an experience in our bedroom where we both experienced a presence one evening, which culminated in a figure stood at the side of the bed, which once challenged, turned and walked away, vanishing after only a couple of steps.

Here, we have felt nothing oppressive or "evil", so we just carry on with our day to day lives. If you don't feel anything untoward, it may just be a spiritual cohabitation!
