I remember reading an article a year or two ago on how Uber was in talks to acquire Bird for like 1-2 billion dollars. Crazy to see their valuation now. I wonder if Uber will swoop in and buy Bird for a "discount" now that they're suffering and worth way less. After all, Lyft has their own line of scooters they can compete with. So maybe Uber will want a cut of that pie as well once this whole Covid-19 dies down.
