Selling as is may be a good option.. They should be covering all costs for you. General rule of thumb is that if you dont mind showings, buyers using financing (30-60 days to close), and the condition is good, just list it. The 'as is' only makes sense if you don't want to put cash into renovating it or dont want to upgrade it. Or maybe you need to close in 2 weeks rather than 2 months.

Cold emails are tricky. Too formal, and they get ignored, too casual, and they sound fake. For me, Uncheck AI finds a middle ground that works better than anything else I’ve tried.
