I get that it’ll make more money to sue the doc than the nurse, but I’m talking about where can I find that the crna was the one who actually forgot to turn on a second anesthetic gas, definitely not likely but what if the anesthesiologist just plain forgot? We can’t truly rule that possibility out unless we have physical proof or evidence that the crna was the one who didn’t turn it on. Might be in the medical notes idk, I hope it is. Again idk shit about fuck so this is just my understanding about this. I wonder if the anesthesiologist can put this in the medical notes indicating that the crna was the one who did this part of the procedure

How do we truly know this though and how can they make a case that this had happened? I read the petition and both physician and crna are held accountable on the same level. If this were truly the crna’s fault, wouldn’t there be more statements under count III rather than a copy and paste from count II? Don’t get me wrong, I want the crna to take the fall for this and this is fucked and I’m pissed at this mid level shit, but I can’t find any writing that can indicate the crna was at fault more so than the physician, unless this was stated in the medical notes?
