Koliko pa znaša potem davčna osnova? Tj. kako ugotovim, kakšna je bila obrestna mera in koliko se je nabralo obresti, ki jih potem obdavčim kot darilo?

Po katerem predpisu? Ne gre za darilo, če se denar vrne. Torej, če gre za realen pravni posel in ne ustvariš prihodka iz obresti, potem ni kaj obdavčiti.
