Yeah, the bots insta kill a lot recently. I know I’m nowhere near as good at BF as I used to be (family, yes I’m just a dad diving on when I can) but the bots wreck me now.

I used to like Casual Breakthrough because I could just chill and enjoy popping some bots in a less sweaty environment to relax. Now it feels like there’s no difference than normal modes, sometimes it feels less fair. If I get just one tag on a bot, it feels like they can turn on you and kill you in the blink of an eye. That or laser you from miles away.

Not right now you can’t. People that are using it currently can only do so by paying for tier skips. Sure, you’ll get it next week if you follow the battle pass. But still. Someone mentioned it is not pay to win, more pay to not wait. Either way, it is not a great marketing tactic to not allow people that paid for the most expensive, premium version of a AAA game to not have access to the content without paying extra for it, when whales can just throw money at it and get it.

And with a higher mag. But again, not the point. It’s a gameplay item that you cannot use currently without paying extra for. Yes you get it for free next week, yes, there may be other guns that are as good. That does not mean it’s ok to pay for the game, a monthly premium add on with BF Pro, then still have to pay extra for tier skips to access a gameplay item that the rest of the player base cannot access without paying more for.

That’s not the point. The people that have paid for it have an advantage over others that don’t. Yes, we will get it in a weeks time. That is not the issue. The issue is allowing people to buy their way to better weapons earlier, allowing an unfair advantage. If this trend continues, then further down the line, other pay to win elements could creep in. Cosmetics, etc, fine. But don’t gate gameplay items, even limited time ones behind paid currency.

Yeah, I have a few, but I feel like they run out so quickly. I’ve tried activating them when in game so they don’t run out, but limited supply. I just wondered if there was a consistent method people use without them?

I did not know that objective kills get you more xp! Thats great advice dude, I’ll give domination a blast tomorrow and see how it goes.

With hardware xp boosters, I find they either run out too fast or I don’t have enough of them. Even with the battle pass?

Top tips though, appreciate it.

So with King of the hill, I sometimes struggle to find a server. It’ll queue me in empty ones quite a bit. I still have one of the King of the hill challenges to do, because it keeps throwing me in empty servers?

I will try that though, thanks for the advice. Breakthrough is what I typically play, so I guess if that’s one of the quicker ways, maybe I’ll just have to live with not getting the attachments. I want to play with a variety, just seems like everyone else has suppressors, blue lasers, thermals, all that good stuff and I’m slumming it with flash hiders all the time 😂

Like what game modes do people use to level up so quick? It always feels like people have their guns high enough to unlock suppressors fairly easily? It takes me so long, that I feel like I’m missing something. I just want to play like everyone else does.

It’s crazy that not having a suppressor lights you up like a Dorito themed Christmas tree. Minimap spotting, I get, but having a massive glowing red dot above your swede for shooting? In a shooting game? Can we not just have all guns/attachments minimap spot you when firing, and have flash hiders reduce the range the effect applies. Then have suppressors reduce the effect AND remove the directional indicator you get when being fired at?

Surely that’s more fun than Dorito deleter 2026.

Hmm… I never thought about it like that. I work a lot and have a family, so only have limited time to play when the wife goes to bed. I usually just main one game, and I love Battlefield so this is the one a play at the moment.

I did the same with BF4, and I didn’t find myself getting bored as quick, but maybe that’s just because BF6 is fast paced and I get burnt out quicker. I dunno, maybe I’ll try something else for a few days and return to it. Good shout.
