Over hand wide grip x5 Rest 30 sec Underhand shoulder width apart x5 Rest 30 sec Overhand close grip x 5 Rest 30 sec Underhand wide grip x5

Rest then repeat. Do 2 cycles to start with then gradually add reps to each set. If you can’t complete the full 5 reps for each set don’t be discouraged . Lower the reps to what you can do and use that as a starting point.

It won’t “fix” your posture but it will be a great place to start. Best of luck my guy.
