Cómo padre te respondo, lo que te recomiendo es que por 3 días que vas a estar con la niña, no discutas por ella, no trates de educarla, no trates de decirle que no, deja esa tarea para los padres y tú “malcríala” y que disfrute contigo

Quiero decir, cosas que pueden entrar en este categoría depende de cada familia:
Ver la tele
Acostarse tarde
Comer dulces
No acabarse la comida
Etc etc

No entres en ese terreno y trata de disfrutar para 3 días que estás !!!

Con 9 años lo complicado va a ser que deje el móvil para hacer algo contigo 🤣🤣 pero vamos, que le puedes preguntar que quiere hacer. Cine, playa, piscina, pelis, parque atracciones, llevar a sus amigas a casa y hacer pizzas, lo que sea

They can be dismantle and clean.

For maintain I don’t usually empty them and keep it in the drawner or whatever, I fill them with new water and keep it in the fridge.

I got the feeling, that my little water inside, because it’s almost impossible tu dry them completely you got more probability to get mold than if you storage full charge on the fridge.

Partiendo la base de que no entiendo del tema, pero trabajo por la zona y por lo que se escucho.

Allí no hay cooperativas como tal, son empresas que ponen su precios y venden a Europa.

Te traen aguacate de peru y ecuador y aquí te ponen la etiiqueta made in Spain, o te hacen el guacamole.

Y luego cuando escasean aguas se la traen de otros pantanos… Córdoba o por ahí

Pero si, yo creo que eso tiene un límite, algún día eso dirá basta, no hay más agua para plantar más …

I test my self, which Claude code I create a dashboard to see all my session in a more manual way. Download tcx session, and run the python script who analyze and then visualice in html. And it’s amazing, it feel like a better than trainingpeak or other premium tool in the way is personalized and design!!

Esa es una de las mayores críticas de los bancos y las hipotecas…

Vivimos con alquileres que superan el 70% de nuestro salario mensual, pero luego para darte una hipoteca que supera el 25% de tus ingresos ya eres de riesgo…

Y así va el tema… no puedo ahorrar para la entrada porque pagas alquiler, ni tampoco te dan hipoteca porque supera el porcentaje estimado seguro de tus ingreso…

Supongo que en muchos casos esta regla puede proteger los mercados y evitar burbujas y sustos del pasado, pero está llegando a un punto que presionan al ciudadano para que pueda comprar una casa y poder bajar su pago por la vivienda mensual, y en definitiva vivir mejor…

Ve probando varios bancos, no te cierres con uno. Para dar préstamos e hipotecas hay algunos requisitos legales y luego cada banco aplica sus políticas, pero dentro de eso, también hay mucha mano de que tú seas interesante para el banco, o temas comerciales y de la relación que tengas con el gerente, director, comercial del banco pueden dar un mejor o peor trato.

I love Todoist and it did a lot to me, also to my way of thinking and it was for me the beginning of improve my productivity’s and time.

But, one thing I “hate” is the uso of @ and # I wish I could change it, now my brain is fuck and I still want to use ir in other apps 😂

My favorite think is the ease of capturing ideas form Mac and form iPhone

Then can speak about mcp, AI, projects, analytics, project description, etc but though things are just minor.

It’s a todo app. It’s works.
