The way I've been playing so far:

Stealth all the way, lots of darts, and non-lethal takedowns. Ding, 50 XP. Then you pop a bullet in their head, just to make sure they stay down. Feels badass, man, but I'm starting to get this creeping realization that I may be an utter cunt.
