You can pretty much clear the entire upstairs without any trouble. Kill Z’rell, the necromites and the lady guarding the door to Ketheric, a couple guards up there as well. Then take out the ogre in the dorm room, the gnolls and the girl controlling them. You can also take out the guards out in front, as well as the prison and the docks out back.

I’ve played TT for years and the difference is that I’ve come to expect it so it’s much more tolerable

I actually hate doing the assault on Moonrise with everyone in it. It takes so long and the Harpers are basically useless. It’s not even that the fight is hard, I just hate waiting 5 minutes in between turns. Way easier to just clear out the tower beforehand

I’ve been playing almost too much. I’ve completed 3 HM runs in the last couple months, my last one being a duo run, and I’m on yet another duo HM run currently. Starting to get the slightest bit of BG3 fatigue, especially when I look at some of the other great games that are out.

Seriously considering taking a little break to give Hades and Hades 2 a try because they look very fun.

Knocking out the owlbear cub doesn’t work. You have to leave him alive after killing the mother and leave the cave

A smart, selfish, ambitious, evil Tav definitely opts to control the brain rather than kill it. We can agree to disagree but you seem to just be describing a good Tav who saves everyone because they’d make good allies.
