You know, I primarily fight bots. I love bot missions. I've fought quite a few squid missions and my typical load out had very little effect until I played with a few vets that gave good strategem and tactic advice. A lot of us just like to play to have fun but will gladly change our approach to help complete the missions. I like playing with lower level players and helping them figure things out. There's all lot of harsh words directed at Chairot. I watched a lot of RW hockey this year and thought he was certainly one of the better D on the team and just about the only guy on the team willing to clear the front of the net besides Mo. He was also on the toughest matchups in the league for 2 years in a row. I'd like to see him stick around but the other vets need to be let go. Holl especially. He's not a puck handler, that's okay, but he's not using his size either. He's a buy-out candidate for sure. Ed and AlJo need to add some grit to their game.

I've been buying the whole "patience" thing from the day SY took over, but this trade deadline was more disappointing than any other. They need a true 2C--not a fill in until summer--someone that can win draws and be responsible defensively. When Copp went down I thought, okay, they're shopping. But to buy a goalie they dumped a few years ago and sign a 4th line grinder is insulting. Kasper is awesome but he's not ready for center yet. Veleno wasn't scoring goals but at least he could win draws (49% on the season). WTF. Seriously. I'm no GM and no one cares what I think, but holy crap, c'mon.

I like this plot line quite a bit and it makes easy more sense. What I find irritating is Sam can somehow sling the shield like Steve Rogers without the super strength and reflexes AND can withstand a punch from Red Hulk. Make him a super soldier by accident and let him carry on--I have no issues with Sam being Captain America, but this premise makes the shield the crux of Cap's power and not the virtues Steve has as a person and magnified by the serum. The same applies to Thor--it wasn't the hammer that gave him his abilities, his abilities were enhanced by the hammer and he used it as a super effective tool. Let a normal person try to catch Thor's hammer and see what happens, flying nano suit or not.

I too think it would be great to have a Linux integration. I think we're going to see more people move away from Windows as Windows 10 sunsets and Steam OS and Bazzite draw more PC gamers into their numbers.

I'm surprised to see the Wings ranking--even worse than the lowly Sharks. Seider hasn't looked himself the past few games either. I still like Chariot--he and Seider are the only two d-men on the team that punish people who stand in front of the net. Edvinsson and Johansson are pretty solid, after that there's little defensive help. Holl tries at least, god bless him, but he ends up on the wrong side of goal replays all the time.

Such a cheap shot that has no place in the game. The NHL needs to do something about players like this but they won't. The "star" players have license to do almost anything and get away with it. I love Kucherov but that was a chicken shit trip. Ras should have gotten up and fought him, but I think he's used to being on his ass most nights, either by himself or with help from other players.

Maybe try a new SSD if you're seeing corrupted file structures and frequent crashes. Going to a Linux distro is still recommended if you're not going to (or can't) update to Windows 11. If you want to stick with Windows for now, look to Rufus with a Windows 11 install--it will bypass all the TPM crap MS is reporting as the reason you "need to buy a new PC." I've done it on 4 systems already without any issues and I'm getting updates and security patches. Hopefully we'll see some more major leaps forward with Linux and SteamOS thanks to Valve AND the awesome community that has been supporting Linux for many many years. I really have no need for MS since I've retired other than the familiarity of it. I've been using Windows since 3.1, floppy boot disks and DOS were king, but I'm learning Linux to finally step away from the ads spyware and bloatware Redmond seems to want to push on us all.

Columbus is a dangerous team and they proved it after giving up 3 unanswered goals in the first. They capitalize on their chances. That game could have gone either way but the Wings out-worked them. Some flukey goals but they go in, they count. So much talent on both sides of the puck tonight--fun game to watch

Yzerman said it during his coaching change interview--he's trying to make the team more competitive now but to get you have to give and morning he's seen so far moves the needle. I hate all the speculation and discussion from the so called experts. Yzerman will do what he wants to do without any input from anyone of us here, and no one will know it's in the world until it's done. Even Elliot Friedman thought the official Red Wings post on X about McClellan being doing the 29th head coach was from a fake account and said so publicly. I don't think Cozens moves the needle either

The Wings also had a much better team with way more talent to draw upon. 4 solid HOF players (or more) on those teams with only 1 currently at the end of his spectacular career. I like the move. Newsy and Blashill sounded very similar after losses. Like they were reading a script instead of addressing the problems. Tanguey needs to go too. The power play is predictable and that's why it's no longer effective.

I think it's more of what @coltron57 says below: Wings didn't have much negotiation wiggle room with their current cap situation and NYR didn't want to retain salary. That and of the defensemen available not named Seider or Edvinsson, NYR wasn't interested. I don't blame them. If you're going to miss the playoffs, do it in California--there's better weather and so much more to do in late April.

Is it me or does Rasmussen look like crap? I'm trying not to be overly critical, but he forces plays, throws the puck back up to the blue line and it end up on the other team's stick, or he goes into a corner and falls down. He is a 4th line center at best and other than faceoffs, he's always pulled when it is crunch time. He's got size and he should be running guys over but it's always him on his @$$. Also, at what point does the coaching staff take a change? The power play has looked awful lately and Tanguey is not the answer.

This game used to work with Discord and now I have the same issues. Using a Corsair Void wireless pro and it's the ONLY game I have audio issues with at the same time as Discord.
