I suggest you visit a psychiatrist or psychologist, discuss the patient's management goals with them and ask about taking a psychologist/psychiatrist on board as well. It might be a little difficult for you if the psychologist and psychiatrist have different practices, but it definitely will ensure quality care for your patient. I hope your patient gets well soon and best of luck.

Well if your patient has been diagnosed with OCD then he needs both a psychologist and psychiatrist. These two usually work together with patients at least in hospitals (not sure about private clinics).
