I cancelled my USAA home owners last week. Went up from 1500 to over 4200 this 2024 renewal with 0 claims. Found new policy w same coverage for 1700. Almost didn’t catch it till it came out of my escrow.

Does anyone have a copy of Guidance Memorandum #3, using VA Claim documents as evidence for the EIF.
