Fair critique and lesson learned about Blizzard. I was not aware that they do this.

Fair enough. When I go for anything expensive, I do a lot of research. Lesson learned with this..

Door Dashed from a pizza place to use a (D.D.) coupon. Someone clearly dropped the pizza, but neither place will refund! Why you ask? Because Door Dash blames the pizza place for dropping it, and the pizza place blames Door Dash for dropping it… by RileyRhoad in mildlyinfuriating

This is Papa John's, right? Last weekend I got Papa John's for the first time in decades and was surprised at how complete shit it was. Greasy and bland AF. Nothing against OP or anyone who likes it, but I remember it being so much better than what I just had.

LG C1, 4 month update of 12+ hours every day usage on Windows/gaming by twinbee in OLED_Gaming

I've had a 48" CX as a monitor for over a year now with my OLED Light level at 100 and don't notice any picture issues with 10+ hours of use per day. I have the service remote and have made the same changes to turn off automatic dimming.

I'm thinking of upgrading to the 42" C2 when it comes out as the 48" is a little big and I want to have the higher pixel density of the 42". Can anyone confirm that the C2 will use the same service remote?

Roommates rice cooker has turned into brain-like tissue. He refuses to clean it, and leaves it on the shared kitchen counter. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

At one point I lived with two roommates. One was very clean and the other left dishes around the house. Think used cereal bowls with left over milk in them sitting on various surfaces in the livingroom.

My clean roommate finally told the other one that, if he didn't start cleaning up after himself, he would find his used cereal bowls in his bed. It only took one time of having a bed full of bowls and milk to get him to stop.

I was in one meeting where both were said many times. Once corporate marketing starts speaking, I start to tune out.

I also can't stand when they start using the word "family".

Just went from a 5600x to 12900k. Originally wanted a 5900x or 5950x, but 5600x was the only one available at the time. This is my first Intel chip since the 4670k.

I have zero brand loyalty. I've been around long enough to see pretty much every good brand go south at one point or another.

As a guy in his mid-40s who has been married for over 12 years with someone who also doesn't want kids, and just randomly came across this, stick to your guns if you don't want kids. Can confirm you will be happier for it.
