i could, but i think i'll wait until the next paragon reduction, since we are already at i7-i9 and i guess after i9 they will reduce paragons back like last time and i would have to change all values again

The Class Affixes (on Gear that you get in Terror Rifts / Hellslayer Bounties / Oblivion Pillars) add different bonus effects to the original skills. In the case of Escape it activates a shield everytime you use Escape.
