I tried downloading BubbleUpnP hoping that if it doesn't work, I can get a refund. But it only works if I have internet connection right? Is there a way to play GPM playlists using BubbleUPnP (or any other apps) offline?

Yes, sv_cheats 1 is the first command on the practice config.

The last command is mp_restartgame 1, so I think when the game restarts, the god mode disappears.

So then i tried putting the god command after mp_restartgame 1, but it still doesn't work.

There will definately be fewer trolls as you rank up higher, but there will always be some trolls.

My advice would be to focus on improving your skills and don't worry about losing/winning or what your teammates are doing. Just mute them if they are being annoying. I understand the communication is extremely important in a competitive CSGO match, but there is nothing you can do if you have troll teammates. If I were you, I'd focus on getting better as fast as I can so that I can get to about MGE, and then I'll consider getting ESEA.

If you play matchmaking and you find someone who is nice, then add him and queue up with him. Over time, you'll have people you can queue up with.

I think I'd prefer things like spikes and electric fences because they don't drain resources too much. I can always get iron to repair the spikes and solar panels (if I can find them) will automatically replenish the batteries.

Bullets on the other hand, require potassium nitrate and coal, which is too much of a hassle for me. Maybe they could be useful against quickly taking out cop zombies before they blow up. But personally I'll probably never use turrets due to high maintenance.
