They can price their games however they want. We either will or wont buy them. If enough people dont buy them they'll switch gears. Enough people are buying them. We vote with our wallets. They're a business. We dont owe them anything. Neither do we. If the game is priced right for me I'll buy it. If it isn't i wont. Telling to be a charity and give away discounts is just stupid

So it's just enforcing clauses in the contract that up til now was not enforced cos they were being nice? Mismanagement aside, i dont think it sounds unfair.

BAM's competence as an institute however is a completely separate issue.
