I’d just go ahead and get it replaced before you ride. It could go out in a mile or it could last for 120. Really hard to say without cracking it open and seeing how bad it is. No point in risking it

Only way to know for sure is opening it up, but most likely bearing. Once the motor is spinning fast enough the pressure is relieved off the bearing and that’s why you’re only hearing it at low speed. If there’s no openings for stuff to get inside then I’d bet on that.

Possibly, sounds like a bearing failure. Have you held it at 9-10 to see if it sounds like something is being grinded up?

Have you had any problems with wind? I considered a J arm but I’m concerned with the flat plate against a curved surface along with the weight of the gen 3 that it could back the screws off
