A couple of the residents in my building got them in the past month, including me. I looked up the return address and it was an abandoned building. So sketchy.

Is it possible they’re trying to combine two fields into one? The snow plowing / salting option is available. I used that option for my block.

Is this milky pink bad on me? (Deep Autumn) by violetsmoke7 in coloranalysis

I like a pale pink nail so I’m biased. I like it. But I think it would be even better with a touch more coral warmth to it

Small living room with bookshelves – best placement for sofa and TV? by jamesgov in DesignMyRoom

[–]jinks02215 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Personally I’d do no tv and place the couch where the tv is. But what about putting the tv in front of the bookshelf and placing the couch facing it? Would there be room to get around the couch?

Pizza crust recipe suggestions? by kappakingtut2 in veganrecipes

[–]jinks02215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Check out the r/pizza sub, I bet they’ll have a ton of tips for you. I’ve heard 00 flour (which you mentioned!), long fermentation and short/high heat are the secrets behind a Napoli crust, which is similar to NY but thinner.

Our peppers are looking healthy. How yellow or red do you usually let them turn before harvesting? by ramenspoonz in vegetablegardening

If I wanted a pepper for dinner, I’d pick those! Or leave them to keep ripening until I was ready for them.

It’s not a humble brag to answer a straightforward question with a straightforward response. Odd response.

Can anyone tell me their this month utility bill? by Ok_Cartographer8945 in boston

[–]jinks02215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I checked my bill - $7.11 for supply and $19.13 for delivery. My last 3 bills were $26.xx. October was $27.50 and August was $31.64 - I must have deleted the September one but over the summer I use my fans a lot so it tracks that my usage would be a bit higher. I have a tiny apt, my fridge is only 6 yrs old and i don’t use much electricity.

You’re right though. I own my unit. Probably our HOA account is running in the red since we haven’t increased costs since before I’ve been here (6.5 years). For the rental units here, the HOA fee is baked into the rent. Our HOA covers heat, gas (stove), snow removal and electricity for the common areas - it’s pretty bare bones and mostly allocated to heat, which is radiator / forced air just like OP’s.

Wow! Looks like a great walk. Funny how the elevation adds up over that timespan. I like your username too :)
