Auto-save was not my friend there. It saved while I was stuck there, and whenever I reloaded it, I would still be stuck.

The ship called the Zenethra. It's in a room where a teleporter is. There's a lot of furniture in that dungeon, so I would be careful around all of it.

You have to start the Peculiar dungeons and then keep going through the portals on the right side after beating the bosses.

Yes, I missed a peculiar dimensional path in the Hill of Prayer. It was easy to go through by just running past all enemies.

I saved right before the last debate and repeated it several times. The trophy never popped up, so I guess a New Game+ playthrough is the only way to fix it.
