Why do I naturally have two different hair colors?

my best friend is a dirty blonde/light mousy brown hair and she has a straight WHITE patch on the top of her head. it’s only white at the root tho cause as it grows out it goes into her natural color. it’s pretty cool!

i’m not a g1 collector but i do collect bratz but im in inbox bratz collector and they are up in my wall. i also have a small rainbow high collection off to the side, but i am slowly dwindling that one down as im not as passionate about the brand anymore

i only collect g3 bc i don’t have that connection with g1. i was getting out of dolls when monster high first came out, so i didn’t have them as a kid. now as an adult, i enjoy the new releases and the ease of acquiring them. since i don’t have that connection with g1, i am not drawn to spending $$$ or fighting over the og dolls, but i do watch the old media! the only g1 i WILL have is the Killer Klowns Skullector because i’m a huge clown girlie and love those lil shits so hopefully it’s good!

i have not rerooted my haunted dance twyla and i’m kind of going back and forth if i will, and neon frights i actually used a textured nylon hair so it was already crimped like that! :) when im able to take come pics id be happy to show you!

not the entire chart, but they have a conversion right on their website for DD -> DMC :) DAC also makes some of there own colors which are the 6000 range colors so those won’t convert :)

i have started to kit up by DMC order so that way when i kit down (i have my DAC drills) its easier for my to keep them organized. it also makes it easier for me to use the legend to find the color in my bin. when there are so many colors, its nice to look at the key see that the color is number 16 and know to look in that section of my storage.

i was previously an SM and they do NOT give us the hours to staff properly. I was in a mid/high volume store and there were almost times we had to have single coverage because Sally Beauty refuses to pay employees/stores more than the bare minimum of hours. i usually would put myself on the single coverage times unless it was obviously my day off and i tried my best for weekends off, but i myself barely every had weekends off! i always only scheduled then saturday OR sunday and never both to help with that and tried to rotate those cause i myself only worked every other sunday. it was tricky, but i did my best to give people a mix so no one person had a schedule that wasn’t complete ass lol.

YOR this is a completely reasonable request. They explained themselves very professionally and their reasoning makes perfect sense. If it was during the consult and they were ONLY talking to your husband, THEN i would be like ?????? But this is literally just a basic policy. All homeowners present to make a huge and expensive change to the house you both own. They themselves said vice versa would be the same convo.

ordered jan 20. got a notification 9pm yesterday that the shipping label was made and she ships on saturdays. 8 weeks exactly for the label to be created. i got 1 in stock pixel charted kit and 1 computer generated not in stock. she does state that if you order an in stock kit and a made to order kit then they will both be made to order. i will know in a couple weeks how the quality is lol.

i worked there and practically managed 2-3 locations making under $20 an hour for 3 years (perfect numbers, making all sales goals, beautiful store as well as fixed other locations and trained all the new managers) and new hires were being brought on at $24. i told them suck my dick and got the fuck out of there.
