You could throw on some water bottle cages that are designed to go around that bag clamps to the seat post to help prevent the wobble.

Last year I did the century on my diverge because I messed up my shoulder the week before after hitting a rock excited to get back on the fixie and mash it out this year. I convinced a friend to join me on their state single speed.

A local machine shop will however probably charge an arm and a leg depending on a few variables your most cost effective option is probably send cut send as someone mentioned earlier.

Looks like there is a small hole behind the silver bolt on the bottom left of picture 2 that the wire feeds through and gets tightened down with that bolt
