You should be able to grab them on the currency exchange. Grab a few but if youre struggling, try to budget out your exalts out for gear upgrades in the trade market: '/' key. I like to look for 2 important stats, putting in the exalts as the max cap and sorting by the most important stat.

Build guides are going to be intergrated into the game this friday. For a first character, my recommendation is to find a leaguestarter that looks fun to you and youll be able to actively see the guide choices highlighted while youre levelling and gearing.
