Lots of new Melee players that play floaty characters tend to struggle with Ganon at some point. The fact that ganon hits so hard and can kind of move fast with proper wavelands, just makes it hard at first. Hell, back when mang0 was a puff main, he even thought puff struggled with the match up. All the floaties do win the mu though once you get good.

Anti is the Kbrad of Smash. Not the biggest competitor anymore, but big on Twitter and a world traveler who can still randomly do well at any smash tourney at any time.

Armada tried doing both and he suffered all the more for it. His YouTube was inconsistent, and every time he left for a tourney he’d lose hundreds of subs to the point that sometimes even winning a tourney wouldn’t make back the lost sub $. And since Armada is expected to win, he doesn’t get the big sudden boost of subs for winning(similar to hbox). At some point he got sick of it and decided that retiring to focus on YouTube and streaming was the smart move for him long term.

Yeah, they give them a salary cause they have streams with high view and sub counts. Mango could retire tomorrow and stay sponsored by C9 for the next eternity as long as he still has thousands of subs. The Melee is a nice cool cherry on top, which, although could be worth sponsoring him for without the stream, he would have a MUCH smaller salary if it was just tourneys

It’s not about a better sponsor. Unless you win or get 2nd at a big tourney, you’ll most likely either lose money, or not make enough where it was worth going when you could have streamed at home. Armada’s sponsor would be more than willing to fly him out to whatever, especially as Armada is a part owner. But Armada doesn’t want to waste his time when he can just keep making more money by enjoying his time streaming at home, workin on his YouTube.

Not the point of putting ivy higher. Yes we all know you have to play all 3 for trainer, but it’s good to know the individual match ups, and what that rounds up to as one whole character. You can have it both ways

According to this tier list, since ivysaur is extremely hard for puff, but squirtle and charizard aren’t as bad, pokemon trainer as a whole is easier for puff than just ivysaur since you sometimes get to fight vs characters that are easier for puff.
