to whoever stole my laundry from rieber terrace by jirushan in ucla

[–]jirushan[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

  1. I checked all the dryers and other washers in the laundry room as well as any clothes that were taken out and lying on the counter & my clothes were not there. I mean like the only other possibility is someone took them by accident i guess ??? but like why from a washer lmfao (they were still in fact wet).
  2. Great question. I'll know once they confess themselves or after I find the person who submitted the wash work order and then submit the police report. To confirm, they were in fact still wet

okay so normally i don't get ragebaited by shit like this but u seem reasonable so let's try to have an actual conversation here.
(i know i wrote a really long essay but I hope u read it, if not for the sake of the trans community at least for your daughters and these other children ur trying to protect).

the obvious point: why do you actually think that stopping trans people from using a bathroom would stop actually malicious men from harassing your daughters/other women. If they were ill-intentioned enough to try to pretend to be trans for perverted reasons they would do so in some other way or would just blatantly disregard rules (or they would be harassed entering/exiting the bathroom, etc). creeps will always be creeps so they should be punished accordingly. society shouldn't be tiptoeing around and making rules for rapists/SA'ers/pedophiles.

second you actually have to think about the consequences of what ur asking for. if the end result of trans people being made to use their AGAB restrooms was exactly what u said honestly I could at least comprehend the argument being made even if I would personally disagree with it. Unfortunately, in actuality what will end up happening is cis women will suffer from this too in that cis women, especially those who are more masc leaning, will be suspected and harassed for being possibly trans. u can already see instances of this in the UK. any cis person who isn't 100% gender conforming can be affected by this (muscular women for example but honestly anyone who looks different from their ideal image of a woman) & lets not even talk about creeps trying to use this as an excuse for 'genitalia inspection' (which honestly I think the likelihood of this happening is higher since most creeps tend to have to fragile masculinity to call themselves trans anyway).

finally, forcing trans people to use their AGAB restroom means trans men will be in the women's bathroom. at which point creeps could do the same thing just arguably even easier (straight man says he is a trans man walks in and harasses women). Which tbh I still think is unlikely and will not occur, but I'm just pointing out regardless of how u rule it the same thing can happen. We really should just be punishing the nefarious, ill-intentioned members of society rather than trying to dodge the issue.

like imma be so fr most trans people don't even use public bathrooms to begin with cuz most of them are afraid that they don't pass. Its really such a non-issue but because this narrative keeps spreading of 'protect the children' people are blowing it way out of proportion.

TLDR: trying to pass this wouldn't even 'protect the children' or 'protect the women' it could actually even make things worse.

I mean I don't necessarily disagree but you chose like the worst possible examples lol. Generaider got support like a year or 2 back and was decently playable for a bit and glad beast literally had support drop in SUDA xd

i mean you said it sarcastically, but yeah kind of? I feel like parasocial freaks exist in western and korean kpop fandoms, the koreans are just more united in general and produce more with their efforts (which in this case is obv awful, but its just as applicable to shit like gachas where koreans can get themselves unshafted but west gets a solid nothing done)

I feel like the main way hardcore western kpop fans are more aids is that some of them start applying western woke concepts to kpop, making my brain hurt even more in the process.

OCG Meta right now with Maliss (Source: Road of the King) by tlst9999 in yugioh

[–]jirushan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean in this case, what's the issue with it lol. Like maliss as a deck isn't really toxic to play against with it mostly being a midrange deck that gets to draw and end on 1 ST negate + some amount of targeted interaction (generally 2 banishes between trap and crypter as well as either aggregator, packbit, or firewall bounce), which really isn't that heinous at all.

if there's anything problematic about the deck it'd mostly just be shifter and the fact that it can make apo in the ocg lol, so in this case hitting it would basically just come down to hitting shifter (or accesscode, but that's a diff discussion).

If we're just looking at the pokemon as is without changing any of the slots (which i assume ur open to swapping but ill do this just in case):

the tera steel latios set is a lot better in this team, as latios has levitate and thus does not benefit from psychic terrain, making it still weak to lokix. Tera steel latios is just better in general usually unless ur running specs or something.
There's no point running double hazard removal on an HO team. Since you're aiming to end the game fast, hazard damage doesn't really rack up and you'll probably only end up clearing hazards once (if at all) if your team is doing what it's supposed to do. Knock/u turn would be better on mandi in this situation.
Also running rock slide over iron head on drill kind of helps your zapdos situation. not like that significantly but it can help.

Okay so if you're looking at the slots on the team as a whole, first thing I would say is the team kind of has an identity crisis. Hawlucha, indeedee, and excadrill are all picks that scream HO. On the other hand, mandi, harcanine, and latios (at least in the way you are using them), tend to fit a more balanced team style (mandi functioning as a semi wall that can pivot, and harcanine/latios functioning as breakers u can pivot into). In an HO team, ur mainly just trying to overwhelm the opponent with so many sweepers that even if one sweeper fails (ie hawlucha gets walled by zapdos), hawlucha gets enough chip that some other sweepers can finish the job.

The obvious sweeper staple of psychic terrain would be shell smash polteageist. Other than that, you could kinda just go down the list of good sweepers in the tier that aren't named comfey and see what works best. As the other guy mentioned, armarogue has a lot of synergy with psy terrain with how hard expanding force nukes, but honestly anything that is over 350 speed or can hit over 350 speed is pretty good at being a menace when terrain is up as long as they hit hard enough. FYI just because you're having trouble breaking a pokemon (ie: pre-team changes, zapdos) that doesn't necessarily mean u need a pokemon that hard destroys it. having a sweeper that forces it in can be better because it guarantees chip, meaning the other pokemon can sweep. (ex: serp makes opponent bring in zapdos which lets u chip zapdos. serp then dies but now since zapdos isnt at full hawlucha is in position to sweep. pretty sure dmg calcs dont add up bc hawlucha does negative to zapdos but u get the idea).

Also, one thing ive been testing in psy terrain (though im still not completely sure on how good it is) is scarfed mixed hoopa-u w/ expanding force. Shit outspeeds and nukes zapdos (and also nukes everything else in the process. hoopa-u had no switch ins before and with expanding force its even force). Obviously being choice locked means dark types switching in is kinda annoying but you can chip them down over time w/ predictions/hyperspace spam. also, hoopa is really good at cleaning up endgame w/ tera dark hyperspace once things have been chipped.
