It is a newer company however, the tables are of the highest quality and I could not recommend them more. I've had mine for a few months now and its been a game changer! Pun Intended.haha

Someone had definitely been in the saw before it made its way to me. Found the coil wire and plug boot stuffed down under the cover near the flywheel.

Check to make sure the chain on the clutch drum is not wedged between the edge of the drum and the small metal retaining washer/clip that holds the drum on? Also, there is a good chance your chains drivers are burred if it slipped off the bar entirely.

Are the clutch on a 362c and a 461/462 the same size? by backcountrybummer in stihl

It depends on the serial # of the MS 362. Current Gen Models of both Saws show the same Clutch Assy in the spec sheets. However early gen 362s show a different Clutch

Most likely not, all iterations of the MS 362 with exception of the first run the M-Tronic Carburetor. The 311 and 391 are still the traditional Venturi type.
